My name is Lauren Molter and I am the owner of Sienna Skin & Beauty. I am thrilled to be practicing in your community and I look forward to meeting you!

I have always had a creative flair and an affinity towards the healing arts. My passion for self-care and beauty began at a young age as I experimented with skin care, makeup and fashion.

In 2006 I pursued an education at UW-Milwaukee; first in art and then in communications. Shortly after, I pursued my calling as an Esthetician. I attended the Institute of Beauty and Wellness in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated at the top of my class in 2011. I went on to practice esthetics at some of the best spas in Milwaukee and became an Esthetics Instructor at the Institute of Beauty and Wellness. I am a Certified Dermalogica Expert and have completed countless advanced trainings at Chicago’s International Dermal Institute. In addition, I obtained my Yoga Teacher Training certification which has provided me with skills in promoting relaxation and wellness with my clients.

As an Esthetician my focuses include customized skin treatments, therapeutic relaxation, facial waxing, brow design, and lash lifts. My approach to skin care and beauty is both holistic and results-driven. Education is of utmost importance to me and I aspire to provide you with the most exceptional and up-to-date services, products, and information. I am committed to helping you love the skin you’re in and I look forward to guiding you on your personal wellness journey.

Lia Herman APNP-BC is a board verified nurse practitioner with over 8 years of NP experience and over a decade of healthcare experience, specializing in endocrinology and geriatrics. With 5 years dedicated to managing complex endocrine disorder and 3 years with providing compassionate geriatric care, Lia has developed a strong foundation in chronic disease management, metabolic health and patient centered treatments.

Expanding her expertise, Lia now offers Botox injections and medication weight loss injections, combining her clinical knowledge with a passion for aesthetics and wellness. Her background in endocrinology provides a unique advantage in addressing weight management challenges ensuring a  comprehensive approach to patient care.
